Our professional services department provides high quality advice on all aspects of retail property. Building on the essentials of a sound knowledge of statue, case law and analysis of evidence, we benefit from access to up to the minute market information from our agency team.
We are active in rent review negotiations, presenting to Arbitrators and Experts, working with agency colleagues on lease renewals and acting closely with clients on lease regears. Additionally, Tony Baker is a member of the RICS panel of Arbitrators for non-food retail warehouse disputes.
Our professional expertise covers food and non-food out of town, high street and variety stores. We are proud to act for a number of lead retailers and owners in the retail world, and to provide personal advice from experienced professionals
