Stephen Smart & Company are a well established, nationally focused retail property consultancy.
The company's forte is it's experience, attention to detail and focus on our client's needs and requirements, as a direct result of a background in working with and for retailers. As such, Stephen Smart & Company are effectively an extension to a client's Property Department.
Stephen Smart & Company was formed in September 1995.
Actively involved in all aspects of the retail property market, from the High Street, Shopping Centres, Food Stores to Retail Parks, the company have been involved in the retail warehouse sphere since the inception of the sector, advising major retailers including Comet, Harveys, Matalan and B&Q.
